Assistance to restore my IMEI with MTK droid tools - imei/nvram button greyed out

Dears,
I have HTC Want 820ts Dual SIM rooted mobile . I need to restore IMEI for it using MTK droid tools .
every thing is expert (light-green square showed under and (root beat) beside information technology and NO Root push button showed) merely IMEI/NVRAM Button is greyed out then i deceit restore IMEI .
can any one help me please ASAP .

every thing is practiced (green square showed nether and (root crush) beside information technology and NO Root button showed) merely IMEI/NVRAM Button is greyed out and then i cant restore IMEI .

Why do yous want to restore? Did you format your telephone with SP Flash Tool?

yes i did , with option (format all + Downoad) because my 2nd SIM didn't work afterward I flashed lollipop ROM ,information technology shows "Slot2: no SIM detected" when the phone kicking or when I insert the SIM .
Then I thought it maybe solve it but it seems that information technology became more than complicated .
is there any way I can restore my IMEI beginning then nosotros may talk well-nigh the 2nd SIM ?.

yes i did , with option (format all + Downoad) because my 2nd SIM didn't work afterwards I flashed lollipop ROM ,it shows "Slot2: no SIM detected" when the telephone boot or when I insert the SIM .
And then I thought information technology maybe solve it but it seems that information technology became more complicated .

Follow these steps: (Just works on Kitkat firmware. And so if yous're on Lollipop you'll take to flash KitKat offset)

4. Excerpt both of them
5. Open SN Write Tool folder and run SN Writer.exe as administrator
6. Allow Behave be USB VCOM and Target Type be Smart Phone
7. Click on arrangement config
8. Under Write option tick IMEI
seven. Under IMEI pick tick dual IMEI
9. Nether DataBase File click on MD1_DB and navigate to the NVRAM DB 820s folder and choose the file named =>> BPLGUInfoCustomAppSrcP_MT6752_S00_MOLY_LR9_W1423_MD_LWTG_CMCC_MP_V1_P21_1_ltg_n
10. Then click on AP_DB and navigate again to the NVRAM DB 820s folder and choose the file named ==> APDB_MT6752_S01_KK2.MP13_
11. Click Save
12. Click Showtime
13. Insert the original IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 of your phone as shown on the box you lot bought your phone with and Click OK
14. Switch off your Telephone and connect it to the PC with a USB cable
15. Expect until information technology says PASS and then reboot the phone

It's all OK ,but the final step when i connect the phone the gadget vcom driver still
has mistake (xanthous tringle ) and then i got an error (neglect in cerise color and require the IMEIs again .

and I deleted the commuter which i used with SP flash tool (MediaTek USB VCOM ) to avert any error .
annotation : when I connect the phone to write the IMEI, it instantly starts up and boot in download style and anew device
shows in device director named HTC like y'all meet and the fastened prototype .

and I deleted the commuter which i used with SP flash tool (MediaTek USB VCOM ) to avert any mistake .
annotation : when I connect the phone to write the IMEI, it instantly starts up and kick in download mode and afresh device
shows in device manager named HTC like you come across and the attached paradigm .

can you lot propose for me the reason why I suddenly cant utilize the second SIM after I flashed lollipop
for the showtime fourth dimension ?? it shows notification when phone start up "Slot 2 : No SIM card detected Please check if the SIM carte du jour is prepare" is it related to flashing the new ROM OR it's hardware issue ,knowing that when I pull the SIM and reinsert it ,the notification appears once again .
Notation : I flashed many ROMs including the stock with variety options (format all + download ..)
and not worked .

First, Merely to confirm were you able to write dorsum the IMEI numbers?
And does Slot 2 work on the Kitkat firmware?

-Yeah i was able to write dorsum the IMEI numbers by folowing the steps you mentioned and installing all the drivers you mentioned an all previous comments .

-Actually No, slot ii doesn't work with whatever ROM . Is in that location any software-related activity i can exercise earlier starting hardware cheque for the slot 2?

-filnally after I did (format all + download) a few days agone ,
An fault stars appearing between Wifi networks says"NVRAM alarm : Err = 0x10" as a network !! Every bit y'all see in attached screen shot .
My Apology for abrasive but HTC is difficult to work with .

I think that is probable a hardware issue. Did it get-go after yous formatted the phone with SP Flash Tool?

Aye it was started after I used SP flash tool for the first time to flash lollipop rom ([STOCK LOLLIPOP 5.0.2] RUUs, OTAs AND GUIDE [DESIRE 820s] MT6752 (WWE vision)) .

for the beginning 30 seconds of first lollipop boot, I was able to run into the second SIM and so it disappeared till now .
